Best Use of AI

AI can improve your website by helping visitors find answers faster, making your content clearer, and reducing repetitive work. The best approach is to use it for a specific goal—such as more inquiries, more sales, or less time spent answering common questions—rather than adding AI just to have it. AI can support content creation, customer assistance, search, and website analysis.
My recommendation is to start with one problem you can measure:
* If visitors don’t understand your offer, improve your homepage and key service or product pages.
* If you repeatedly answer the same questions, improve your FAQ page.
* If your site has many products or articles, organize content and prioritize better search and recommendations.
* If visitors arrive but rarely inquire or buy, use analytics to analyze visitor behavior by identifing where they stop, then test changes to the wording or layout.
These approaches connect AI’s content, support, search, and analysis capabilities to a concrete visitor need.
Keep human review in place
Treat AI-generated copy, code, and recommendations as drafts... not automatic improvements. Review content for accuracy and brand voice before publishing, and measure whether changes actually improve results. For a chatbot, keep its answers tied to your approved information and provide a way to reach a person.
You also don’t necessarily need a visitor-facing AI feature: using AI behind the scenes to improve your existing pages may be the simpler place to begin.
